How do I create an account?

Open the app and tap "Sign Up". You can register with your email address. A verification email will be sent to confirm your account.

How do I unlock full access?

You can unlock full access in two ways: scan a QR code provided by a partner lodge for temporary access, or purchase lifetime access directly within the app.

Can I use the app offline?

Yes. Once you've loaded the app with an internet connection, species information and maps are available offline. Sightings recorded offline will sync when you reconnect.

How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

Open the app, sign in with your account, and navigate to the unlock screen. Tap "Restore Purchase" to recover your lifetime access.

How do I delete my account and data?

Please contact us at wildguide.app@gmail.com with your request. We will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days, in compliance with GDPR and LGPD regulations.

The app is crashing or not loading properly.

Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, ensure you have the latest version installed. If the problem continues, email us with your device model and a description of the issue.
